I have a very special request for a RAK for a marine currently serving in Iraq. Its his birthday in February - and I think it would be great for him to be deluged with cards! If you'd like to send one, please email me or leave me a comment and I'll get the address right out to you!
This is my card ... I have this great stamp just hanging around at home, with a map-like image. I printed the sentiment myself by using microsoft Word and printing it on the cardstock. I wanted to send something a little out of the ordinary ... the stamp is from Stamp Camp.
I would love to send him a card. If you don't mind can I post your message to my blog and those that see it and are interested can come back here and email you or post a comment here for you (I'll post the link back to your blog). This way we can really shower this marine with cards, he deserves it for all he does for us. Email me the address at mickey8888@verizon.net and let me know if this is okay!
Look foward to hearing from you.

I would be then happy to make and send a card to your Marine. Please email me his address at hoodj1@comcast.net
I sponsor a soldier through the Soldier Angels Program. You might be interested in checking out the Soldier Angels Program for this Marine. They will give him an Angel who will send weekly cards and or letters in addition to a package or two each month. His name and mailing address is all that is needed. Some soldiers also provide and email address as well. He can choose to communicate with his Angel or not. I had one that did not except when he was coming home. Not sure what my current soldier will do as I have only had him for about two weeks. But I already have sent cards and a package.

Me too. Me too!
I know it's the 12th. When would I need to mail it by? How long does it take? Is 41 cents enough postage?
This is so nice of you to do. :-)
Hugs,
Renee

I am a 70 year old grandmother who has two children and five grandchildren. I would love to send some mail weekly to a marine or may be even two. If you could tell me where to send mail I would love to become a grandmother to some young men serving our country. Ann McReynolds
