I was tortured (er, tagged) again!
This time by ChrissyM who didn't leave me her blog address :-) but I know she reads my blog!
So ..... seven things about me:
1. I like sarcasm, can you tell? LOL! Actually, its probably not so much sarcasm as just have a dry sense of humor.
2. In my last post ... I wrote "good grief" which actually makes me thing of Charlie Brown .. and my grandmother! Grandma Grace had the funniest sayings, she'd say "Goodness Gracious Me!" and that remembrance always brings a smile to my face. Anyway, I loved Charlie Brown and am eternally happy that the newspapers (and his family) keep running his comic strip - what characters!
3. While I post alot of cards ... I think my love of stamping is firmly routed in "ABC" projects "Anything BUT a card!".
4. I'm currently working my way through the "No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency" series by Alexander McCall Smith, I'm on Book 7! I love to read .... next up, The Time Traveler's Wife.
5. I leave soon for a cruise! I live in FL - so not only is cruising so accessible (three different ports nearby and I don't have to pay airfare to get here!) but we can often buy discounted unsold cruises. I have a bunch of projects that will automatically post while I'm gone :-) really, you won't even know I'm gone! Meanwhile, I'm trying to avoid watching movies like Titanic and Posiedon!
6. My Christmas Tree is *still* up - hopefully this weekend I'll get it all put away. I had intended to leave it up through the 12th day of Christmas (also known as Three Kings Day or Epiphany) but somehow didn't get it taken down last weekend, so that's the project for this weekend. My outside decorations and everything else inside are, at least, put away for the year.
7. I started blogging as way to push myself to stamp more! But, I've gotten soooo much more out of it! I've not only made time to stamp, but I think my skills have improved and I've met sooooo many wonderful folks! THANK YOU!
