One of my favorite Unity stamps "Shine!" . Its stamped on a watercolor notecard (these are Fabriano Medioevalis) and then I watercolored the background.

Welcome to Friday! I am so very glad its here! I have a very fun card (or at least I think its fun card!) for a very serious topic. This card was created as part of the "Hope you can cling to" campagin going on over at Splitcoast stampers.
OMG, its been a while since I did Friends Having Fun, but I'm here this week with a Unity card:
The stamp is from one of the Kit of the Months (these are FABULOUS, if you haven't tried them - you really should!). The flower is made from die cut tissuen paper, the edges are inked (for these in orange ink) and then you spritz each one with water, crumple ..... secure with a brad and shape into your flower). The ribbon is hand dyed silk. It's inspired by the fabulous colors of Lover Dover's Handmade Goodness, this week's Etsy Inspired etsy store:

For my Unity project today, I used "Retro BBQ .... Sweet Summer Time" stamp set. I watercolored the image to get a color inspired by the Le Crueset red flame color, and then used dimensional gloss over top. The paper is from Cosmo Cricket (Wanted) with matching chipboard alphabet.

Its been a wonderful, fun filled week as I've played along with the Unity challenges from their Anniversary Challenge. This was created with the Take Three challenge posted in the Unity threads using the sketch, four sheets of paper, and a button or bling element. The sketch was a little more uniform, so I decided to break away a bit and float the elements aroudn. I had a bit of lace left over from Wednesdays project that fit in perfectly.

I'm caseing Jimmi today! <----click if you haven't seen it. I loved her card for "Oh Alice" and tried my hand at sometihing similarly pink and black.
I used paper from a stack that was embossed in glossy black on black matte, then embossed one of my fav sentiments from a past KOTM. There's a bit of glam with three black rhinestones in the corner of the sentiment. The black and pink color combo was really hard to photograph! the pink just looked washed out.

This card utilizes the Unity's January 2010 Kit of the Month, and a sketch from Twilight Tuesday {TTSC18}
Its Friends with Flair friday! TGIF FWF!
The background is more fun with Mica Gloss inks from Judikins, it has a soft Monet watercolor feeling to it. I embossed the sentiment from Unity's November 09 KOTM in silver ink and heat embossed. A few silver dew drops (with a bit of glitter to hold them in place) completes it. Aqua Mist cardstock and ribbon complete it.
