This is also a card for the SCS - Hope you can cling to challenges going on all during the month of October (this is HYCCTO6 Some Kinda Hope I - using something old (retired color cardstock and dsp in my stash and something new - the digit stamp!).   I used a square punch to punch different pieces of cardstock, those are adhered to a slightly smaller piece of cardstock just for some strength and then run through the cuttlebug for texture.

Stamp:  Pholkart Blessings Digistamp, sentiment is from Unity "Material Girl".
Ink:  Tuxedo Black (on the "sew sweet")

this weekend's find!

So excited, I found this cute divided tub at Tuesday Morning! Its lime green and has my initial on it, and its divided for silver ware, but I thought it would work perfect for me Copic markers.  Instead of having them all jumbled together, I now have them segregated by color family.

Its sew sweet!

Have you seen the new Unity/Cosmo Cricket joint venture pairing Unity's stamps wtih Cosmo Crickets paper?    Material Girl, Material Girl Gets Scrappy and Garden Variety.  This is from the Material Girl stamp set, with matching paper in a 6 x 6 pad. 

I colored some button twine with my R24 Prawn Copic sketch marker in a color that matched the deck.  The sentiment is stamped on twill.

This card is on Piroutte Pink cardstock, with Ski Slope dsp - I think this paper is just too yummy to limit to the holidays!  I added a Baja Blue cardstock mat and used the swiss dots embossing folder from CB for the image.  Its colored with Copics (yes, I broke down and bought some, they're very addictive!  I bought the "in color" matches)  The sentiment is punched with the Designer Label Punch from SU, sponged and dimensionals pop it.  The ribbon is Chocolate wide satin that was available last year (I try not to hoard it, its really great, too!).
